“Time and Us” (“Vremya i My”) Magazine in the “Third Wave” Emigration Context

The article is devoted to «the third wave» emigration magazine «Time and us» («Vremya i my»), published and edited by Victor Perelman for 1975—2001. This international democratic magazine of literature and social issues was printed in Tel- Aviv and New-York. The literature section is considered to be very interesting and significant. «The third wave» emigrants together with Soviet authors publishing their works in «samizdat» were among the writers.
