O. Ronen’s study “The Fallacy of the Silver Age” deals with the history of this term and possibilities of its practical use in the modern literary criticism. Our article is presenting additional information about the use of this expression in the 1920th thereby widening the circle of sources for studying Russian literary critics and journalism. As an annex we are publishing the manuscript article of I.N. Rozanov (1873—1959) “Poets of the Silver Age”.
