Cancellation of registration in media because of non-publication (broadcast) as a violation of constitutional rights to produce and disseminate information

This article explores the constitutionality of legal provisions on the abolition of the certificate of registration of mass media in connection with its non-publishing (broadcasting) over one year. The author notes that this rule does not contribute to the development of media freedom, including the development of media as a sector of the economy.
