Qualifying criterion of creativity in the print media works

The article addresses the problem of defining the criteria of creativity in the work of the periodical press in the aspect of copyright law to determine clear signs that could identify the presence of creativity in journalistic work in order to assign it to objects of copyright. The article says that this feature may be the availability of the product of at least three related semantic units, at least one of which must contain an analysis, forecast, comment.
